Many of you have written, asking what kind of herbs would help when someones immune system has been compromised. These recommendations are not meant to take the place any prescription medication or drug you or anyone else may be taking at this moment and are to be read in the light that they are for informational purposes only and have not proven to have any kind of healing aspects and may even be dangerous to your health.

There for please contact your  physician before embarking on any-kind of herbal supplementation as the risks of negative interactions with prescribed drugs is highly possible.  Here at Creative Health Institute we do not utilize any herbal formulas that are not food based. Our belief is that fresh organic sprouts, leafy greens, fruits and vegetables server as the foundation to the highest levels of health possible. We will be forever grateful to Dr. Ann Wigmore for showing us the way.

Blessings,

Bobby
