Makes 1 large or 2 small glasses
- 7 oz raw beets
- 1 carrot
- 1 large orange
- 2 oz spinach
- Using a sharp knife, cut the beet into wedges. Roughly chop the carrot, then cut away skin from the orange and roughly slice the flesh.
- Push the orange, beetroot and carrot pieces alternately through a juicer, then add the spinach.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!

love it!….always need a boost from brain fog to concentrate better!
I’ve been juicing for about 23 years and I’ve never tried this combo with oranges but I did and it is quite nice and indeed it does add a little pep to your step!
