Quick Relief Yeast Infection Treatments To Consider

 

Apple Cider Vinegar  – 0ne of the most popular time honored treatments for a yeast infection is raw apple cider vinegar.  Apple cider vinegar works very well at eliminating yeast and at the same time balances  your pH. This simple treatment is one you can incorporate in to your daily routine. In the morning  simply mix one- two  tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar  in a glass of water and sip it. You can even add Stevia to the drink to give it a flavor much like Kombucha.   

 

Be ready for possible  discomfort as this treatment will rapidly kill off a large number of Candida yeasts, which results in more yeast toxins being absorbed into the bloodstream through the intestines – causing symptoms which include nausea, dizziness, general weakness and/or headaches.  

 

Consider doing regular enema’s or colonics along with a once a week bath which includes a cup of raw apple cider vinegar. Relax in the bath for at least 20 minutes and enjoy the internal and external benefits or the healing effects of the bath.

 

Garlic –  has a natural anti-fungal agent that hates yeast!  We have found that garlic usually brings about instant relief from infection symptoms. For women, inserting one Kyolic garlic capsule or a garlic clove into the vagina every few hours provides soothing relief. If you do not have access to a garlic capsule you can press a whole garlic clove, mix it with water and drink it, or wrap in a gauze and place it in your vagina.  Men should ingest Kyolic garlic or press the fresh garlic into a glass of water and drink it down. 

 

Yogurt– We have finally found a good use for a dairy product.  Yogurt when not ingested, but used internally and topically does a great job in providing women with immediate relief of vaginal yeast infection symptoms. The only yogurt which should be used is plain yogurt with active cultures listed on the side of the container. NO fruit, NO added sugar and NO flavoring in it of ANY type. You will also need a box of organic tampons. When you are ready to begin the treatment dip a tampons into the yogurt and insert it into the vagina, keeping it in place for at least two hours. This treatment is will the “good bacteria” right where it is needed. Continue this for once or twice a day, until the situation resolves itself.  You may want to end your Yogurt treatment with a treatment of organic coconut oil. Soak an organic cotton tampon in coconut oil for a few minutes and insert it into the vagina. Leave it in for overnight or maximum 8 hours. Repeat it for 5 nights.

 

Tea tree oil – sometimes referred to as Melaleuca oil, is a known natural antifungal. Never drink Tea Tree Oil as it can be toxic. You can saturate a cotton ball with the oil and use it externally to kill yeast.  If you are going to use the tea tree oil for a external yeast infections it is best that when you apply it to sensitive skin, you to dilute it in a solution of water. Test it in small sensitive area of your skin before proceeding. Women can pour a few drops of undiluted tea tree oil on a tampon and insert it into the vagina. Do this morning and night for 2-3 days.

This is a good question, so on  our first evening together we address their question by going through the list of protein rich fruits, vegetables, seed, nuts and sprouts they will be eating during their stay at the institute. Upon seeing the list of fruits, vegetable, seed, nuts and sprouts and the amount of protein they will be consuming on a daily basis there usually is a resounding WOW! They learn that by embracing this lifestyle they will not only get enough protein, they will be getting the vitamins, minerals, phyto-nutrients, live enzymes and the right combination of amino acids combined to form protein which is perfectly designed for their body’s. We’ve been brainwashed by the meat, dairy and supplement companies into thinking we need one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, but science has NEVER shown that humans need that level of protein.  The truth is most foods have some combination of protein, carbohydrates and fat -and vegetables contain all three macro-nutrients!  The World Health Organization (W.H.O) has stated we need to consume a minimum of 10% of your daily caloric intake from protein to be healthy and build lean muscle mass. If you are eating a 2,000-calorie diet, 10% of your diet should be made up of protein, which would be 200 calories. Heart disease and stroke

· In 2004, heart disease was noted on 68% of diabetes-related death certificates among people aged 65 years or older.
· In 2004, stroke was noted on 16% of diabetes-related death certificates among people aged 65 years or older.
· Adults with diabetes have heart disease death rates about 2 to 4 times higher than adults without diabetes.
· The risk for stroke is 2 to 4 times higher among people with diabetes.

High blood pressure

· In 2003-2004, 75% of adults with self-reported diabetes had blood pressure greater than or equal to 130/80 mmHg, or used prescription medications for hypertension.

Blindness

· Diabetes is the leading cause of new cases of blindness among adults aged 20-74 years.
· Diabetic retinopathy causes 12,000 to 24,000 new cases of blindness each year.

Kidney disease

· Diabetes is the leading cause of kidney failure, accounting for 44% of new cases in 2005.
· In 2005, 46,739 people with diabetes began treatment for end-stage kidney disease in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Diabetes was the seventh leading cause of death listed on U.S. death certificates in 2006. This ranking is based on the 72,507 death certificates in 2006 in which diabetes was listed as the underlying cause of death. According to death certificate reports, diabetes contributed to a total of 233,619 deaths in 2005, the latest year for which data on contributing causes of death are available.

Researchers Blame The Standard American Diet!

Diabetes is now at epidemic proportions in the US and it is getting worse every year. WASHINGTON (AFP) – British pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline hid the dangers of its top-selling diabetes drug Avandia and secretly wrote scientific articles about it, two US lawmakers charged Tuesday. The allegations came as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) opened a two-day meeting of experts who will weigh whether to pull Avandia from the market over safety concerns. In a letter dated Monday and addressed to FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg, Senators Max Baucus and Charles Grassley accused Glaxo of covering up scientific studies that found problems with Avandia and of including the drug in a “ghostwriting” program.
