  1. I spent 90 days at CHI during March to June in 2006.Would love to have stayed longer but being from the UK I had to return home after the 90 day visitor’s restriction
I have my certificate signed by the late Don Haughey which is titled ” Advanced Practitioner of Health through Nutrition, Exercise, and Education” and dated May 19th 2006
During my time there I did the initial 2 week guest detox programme and then was chosen to participate in the “Energy Exchange” work which is now different under the “Intern-ship” title. I carried out Maintenance doing decorating and electrical work etc. Then I was in charge of the growing room, growing wheatgrass, buckwheat and sunflower greens.
I did laundry, bedrooms cleaning and garden care including grass cutting.I also did general cleaning, took classes in, making sauerkraut, nutmylks, crackers, desserts, rejuvelac. Also took exercise classes using the rebounder and took guests out walking weather permitting.
Would love to participate again from June time for another 90 days if chosen

  2. Hi there –
I have been dying to become an intern at CHI for years and this may be the first summer I can actually organize my kids’ lives in order to be able to do it.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with quite a lot of practice experience. I have been working on the stock market for the last ten years or so from home and basically doing a lot of volunteer work on the side. I can paint pretty darn well though I think my love of nature will have me serving the institute better by working in the gardens or the kitchen. I am very service oriented and would love the opportunity to give back.
I will really look forward to hearing back from someone. Please let Bobbie know I am applying for an internship!
Thanks and I will look forward to hearing from you.
    All the best –
    Naomi

    1. Naomi,
Bobby said he really misses your smiling face. He wanted to know if you have your raw kitchen up and working. He said you actually designed it and that you were having it built. As for an internship, he said to put you at the top of the list and that you are “rawmazing”. Just fill out the application and then give us a call at 866.426.1213, he will want to talk to you personaly to set a meeting. Look forward to hearing from you. Call anytime. By the way Bobby said you might want to come out to one of the juice fasts and to invite you and your sister. So consider yourselves invited lol.
      Best day ever
