Hi, my sister recommended this blog. I like what I see so far, but I will have to check back a few more times before I put it in my daily bloglist.

The fresh lemon juice decalcifies: Annmarie Colbin’s Foods That Heal
The cacao nibs, agave, vanilla, lecithin, cacao butter and coconut oil are not raw.
The coconut oil is 100% fat, and the cacao butter and nibs are almost as bad. Dr. Esselstyn would never allow these foods to anyone with heart disease, cancer, diabetes, MS, and arthritis. This is vegan junk food and should not be presented as anything that Dr. Ann would have used or promoted. Sorry about that but we have to protect our students and whatever is published on this site has to be eaten by everyone who needs to get well. Not those containing those unhealthy dead or acid foods.

Thanks Dr. Flora. Please know that none of the foods you have listed are part of the detox healing program. Here at CHI we also teach “Gourmet” raw food certification classes. The world has to transistion and most people are not able to stay on Dr. Ann’s program day after day. I do agree with you in that for someone to get past an illness or life crisis they would not be allowed to partake in this “vegan junk food”. I will contact you early next week,
Blessings
