Green Apples Alive

Makes One Glass


  • 1 Apple
  • 5 oz. white grapes
  • 1 oz cilantro
  • 1 oz alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 oz watercress or arugula
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice



  1. Using a sharp knife, quarter the apple, removing the core if you like. Using a juice extractor, juice the apples and grapes, followed by the cilantro, sprouts and the watercress or arugula.
  2. Add the lime juice to the fruit and herb mixture and stir well. Pour the mixture into a tall glass and enjoy each sip of pure love.

Health Tip: This delicious blend of apple, grapes, fresh leaves and lime juice is the perfect rejuvenator and is great for treating skin, liver and kidney disorders. Apples play a part in so many delicious and healthy blends that it’s worth buying a large bag that will keep well in the refrigerator for several days. Most varieties can be juiced successfully, so just select your favorite.
