Green Apples Alive
Makes One Glass
Ingredients:
- 1 Apple
- 5 oz. white grapes
- 1 oz cilantro
- 1 oz alfalfa sprouts
- 1 oz watercress or arugula
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
Directions:
- Using a sharp knife, quarter the apple, removing the core if you like. Using a juice extractor, juice the apples and grapes, followed by the cilantro, sprouts and the watercress or arugula.
- Add the lime juice to the fruit and herb mixture and stir well. Pour the mixture into a tall glass and enjoy each sip of pure love.
