Salad Juice
Makes 2-3 glasses
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 bunch of iceberg, cos or romaine lettuce
- 2 large ripe pears
- 3 oz fresh spinach
- 6-8 radishes
- Crushed ice
- Sliced radishes and cucumber for garnish
Directions:
- Using a small, sharp knife, chop the cucumber into chunks. Roughly tear the lettuce into pieces. Quarter the pears and remove the core.
- Push all the ingredients through a juicer. Pour over crushed ice in tall glasses and serve with sliced radishes and cucumber swizzle sticks.
