Makes One Glass
- 1/2 small pineapple
- 1 oz fresh root ginger
- 1 carrot
- ice cubes
- Before preparing the pineapple, turn it upside down and leave it for half an hour. This makes it juicer.
- Using a sharp knife, cut away the skin from the pineapple, then half and remove the core. Roughly slice the pineapple flesh. Peal and roughly chop the ginger. Chop the carrot.
- Push the carrot, ginger and pineapple through a juicer and pour into a glass.
- Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
