Keep it Movin’

Makes 1 or 2 glasses


  • 1 firm Papaya
  • 1/4-inch slice Ginger Root
  • 1 Pear
  • Water


  1. Chunk papaya flesh, ginger root and cored pear.
  2. Run fruit and ginger through juicer
  3. Add cold water to taste
  4. Pour in a tall glass over ice and enjoy!

Health Tip: This juice is designed to help with constipation. Papaya has been used by ancient tribes to relieve constipation and digestive problems. It is also a good source of Vitamin C and E.
