Sweet Potato Punch
Makes one large glass or two small glasses.
- 1 cup alfalfa, buckwheat or sunflower sprouts
- 1 orange
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 apple
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 tsp flax oil
- Wash, peel and chunk sweet potato, pineapple and orange.
- Wash, core and chunk apple.
- Rinse sprouts.
- Feed ingredients through a juicer.
- Pour and enjoy!
