INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups Homemade Kombucha or Store Bought(any flavor)
- 1 tsp apple, beet or carrot juice (optional)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ingredients – Either by hand or you may also blend it to break down Chia Seeds
- Place in a glass container with lid, a mason jar works great.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
- Shake well before drinking.
